HI. I have bought razer Kraken Pro V2 about 2 years ago. I have registered them on my account and I use razer Synapse 2.0 to transform my audio into 7.1 surround. Yesterday I managed to reinstall Razer Synapase 2.0 and now it cant see my headset. It is plugged into the computer, and is already registered in my account. What sould I do now?

add your device again "as new" entering the SN and name of the device and the date of purchase. And if you do, you should see an option to improve the sound to PRO next to the email address in the program.
