I currently own a Razer Kraken V2 7.1, but can't edit anything inside synapse 2 coz it keeps resetting after every pc restart.

Is there any way to fix this?

Hello there! Thanks for sharing your concern on our support board. When did the issue start? Were there any changes that happened to your computer before it started? Please check whether your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. Else, please follow the steps here and see if it helps.

It happens from nowhere a year ago, right now I "fixed" the issue by forcing another profile manually, by deleting the old one and going offline, but calibration still says never.
