Synapse 2.0 Not Detecting Mouse, But Synapse 3.0 Is?

Hello,

I have a Razer Deathadder 2013, and I had to download Razer Synapse 2.0 in order to make configurations to it (Razer Synapse 3.0 apparently doesn't support it, probably because this mouse is 7 years old lol). Upon downloading Synapse 2.0, it automatically made changes to my DPI, making it insanely sensitive and then closing itself. I've been having problems with Synapse not opening lately so I guess that's why it closed by itself? I tried reopening Synapse 2.0, but since the software is a literal piece of shit it would not open for the life of me. I reinstalled it several times and finally got it to open, but now it won't detect my mouse or my keyboard, even though Synapse 3.0 is actively detecting both of them currently.

Literally all I wanna do is make my mouse back to what it was before. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled all device drivers several times now with no luck: Synapse 2.0 still isn't detecting my mouse lol. Any suggestions are appreciated. I would contact support but apparently the serial number to my device isn't covered anymore, so I'm hoping the forums will help.
