Synapse 2.0 Not remembering macro

New user feeling his way around, I have two Razer Tournament v1 keyboards but am having problems with both systems. It seams that after Synapse starts on both systems, you sometimes get the last profile set, or you get the fast scrolling rainbow. Ie the program doesn't always remember what macro was set at shut down. This is mighty annoying as it's choosing a lighting macro I actually hate and have to manually set it back on about half the boots.

Any suggestions, this keyboard isn't supported in Synapse 3 so that's a pain for a brand new set of keyboards.
