Synapse 2.0 System Error: [3802] when trying log in

    Hi, can someone help me please!

    Today i bought a Razer Kraken USB headset and i installed Razer Synapse 2.0 to calibrate the sound but, when i try to loging in synapse, the System Error: [3802] message is shown.

    I have already confirmed my e-mail.

    I tried to create a new account from the Razer Synapse 2.0 application but, i can´t too becuause de same System Error: [3802] message is shown.


    I have internet connection and i have confirmed the e-mail but the error persist.

    Someone can help me to solve this problem to log in and use synapse, Please!!

    I had use razer synapse about 1 year.
    And then last week i had this problem. Anyone can help about this problem?

    change ur proxy settings on google chrome and it will work i had same problem

    Do ensure that your system is set to the correct date before logging into Synapse. This should solve the error message.
