Unfortunately this happened to me as well. I just purchased a new razer mouse, which is not fully functional on my mac. What a waste of money. On the Package its still saying compatible with mac... the past years i was satisfied with razer products on the mac. If there is no further support the next devices wont be razer products.
Razer should make the software available for the mac quickly.

I bought the pad, their latest mouse and also a Razer keyboard. Can't use it on my Mac. Why is it so hard to come up with the software? I'm about to return all the products.

I just bought the new Razer Nari Headset, But due to my mac being updated to (Big Sir) I cannot use it. Is there going to be an update for this? If so, What is the timeline?

I'd be surprised if they'll put much attention to Synapse 2, as they're trying to transition out of this and have all their future devices work with Synapse 3. It's an EOL software supporting (mostly) EOL Legacy products.
