Synapse 3.0 "Logging you in..." Loop?!?!

    So I've had issues with the new Synapse 3.0 update, if i log in it will just stay in a "logging you in..." loop and it's a real bummer that I can't use my keyboard for the reasons I bought it (razer chroma and macros). I have spoken to the support team and done everything they asked, including resetting my internet, reinstalling it. EVERYTHING! I have also sent them my logs so they told me that they will respond to me withing 24-48 hours, which I thought was reasonable, but it has been 85 hours!?!? They haven't even sent me, what seems to be, the standard email they send to everyone (we are still working on your case).... JUST NOTHING!! I told them that even if they haven't even started on my case that I will be okay, I get it. But I am only wanting an update. If anyone can help me, then please!
