As the title says, Synapse 3.0 will no longer automatically launch with windows. I have tried completely removing the software and reinstalling it, I have checked the settings in the program it's self and it is set to launch at startup, I have also checked the windows settings for programs that launch at startup and that also confirms that the Synapse software is set to launch on startup.

I frustratingly now have to manually launch synapse every time is start my PC which is getting old really fast. This is also the first time I have ever had this specific issue with the program.

I am using Windows 10 Pro Edition.

( as a side note, not only have I tried reinstalling the software but I have also gone in and manually deleted the remaining Razer folders in the Program Files / AppData directories after uninstalling for good measure and this still did not fix the issue upon reinstallation. )

I am having this issue even after the April 29th update to the software. I'm also using Windows 10 Pro.

Sounds like a bug, best thing you do to help is to submit a bug report and send in your logs. In Synapse, choose the Beta Feedback tool. Be sure to send in your log file as well.!

Cheack first two things first if your antivirus dont change something in when synapse launch sometime can change windows settings to prevent some kind demage and the next thing cheack windows autostart to make sure synapse is enable after windows start.

It is obvious in his screenshot that it is set to autostart in both the program and Windows. Personally for me, the interface does not show when the computer is started. The program is also listed in the process list, so it is technically running.

About a week ago Razer had contacted me VIA the Synapse 3.0 bug report feedback, they told me to go through doing an assortment of step which i had already taken including to manually going into specific locations and deleting specific files which i had already done as well. This issue still persists and i was told they would send the issue off to the team that fixes bugs. Hopefully, this gets fixed as it's still happening.

From what i see in this photo is synapse can be not correct installed. On buttom under softwere name is missing part with softwere company can be or not the issue that show error. The autostart windows under windows settings is not the only thing where you can cheack is softwere is set to run at windows boot the second windows is under task menager in boot tab.

You must be confused, The windows 10 settings for launch/boot options are always the same regardless of where you open them in the windows section. There is just multiple ways to get to them, The only two options that matter are Windows launch/boot options as well as the Razer Synapse launch options.

Just to prove my point, if I go look at the Task manager version of Startup options its exactly the same.

The reason there is multiple ways to get to launch options is because windows includes the old ways and the new ways introduced through various versions of windows.

Yes and no becose MS build rebuild OS on older version you can have bugs and issue that can show as in one place but be recognized in difrent as something else like in one is off on another on. Next thing is from the pic you have this show that synapse is block from running why i say this becose windows cant cheack the mesaure of it. It's hard to say what is exact the issue but for sure something is locking the app or you have conflict between apps.
