Synapse 3.4.131.12521 broke my audio

I own Razer Kraken Tournament Edition.
So far they worked perfectly until the last update 3.4.131.12521 which i got installed yesterday.
The audio is completely broken. From the headphones i can hear only bbbzzzzzzzzzz and nothing else. Uninstalling Synapse 3 the audio works again, but of course I cannot use THX and other audio features coming with Synapse. Reinstalling it, as soon as the software is up the sound gets broken again.
I tried to uninstall also Creative X-FI drivers of my sound card, but nothing changed, last Synapse update, or the module of the headphones, is broken and there's nothing I can do.
I just can't use my headphones which I bought and paid.

Same here. Audio was working just fine. Installed the new update for synapse and anytime I try to use surround sound it has this weird electrical popping noise. Like a really high rate pulse. Can’t use my headsets.....
I also am using the Razer Kraken tournament edition headsets.
MIne too, except I have a Man O'War 4.1 THX headset. I installed Synapse 2 (3 doesn't support my headset yet) and launched it, plugged in the USB dongle, rebooted the machine, opened Synapse 2 and there's no headset found, only my system speakers and Razer Mamba TE mouse (expected result). I turn the headset on but it still isn't found (unexpected result, Windows should recognize that new hardware was added). I go to the Windows 10 Settings and check the Audio info but no headset is found. It's been like this for a couple of weeks now and I've exhausted my knowledge of what to do to fix this. The Support site says install latest firmware but I was unable to locate any firmware or drivers. Help would be greatly appreciated since the headset was working a few weeks ago. I'm also posting in the General Audio thread under title: Man O'War Connectivity Issues. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I found a solution.
Well... Razer should have provided us a working update instead of a broken one. This is not the first time that a Synapse update brings more bugs instead of addressing them.

BTW, to fix the issue, follow these steps:
1. make a local backup or on the cloud of your Synapse Profile
2. uninstall Synapse
3. open regedit and delete Razer folder (and others related to Razer like Razer Inc or similar if any) from the following paths:
- Computer\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software
- Computer\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Wow6432Node
- Computer\\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE
- Computer\\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW6432Node
4. Unplug the USB headphone and Restart your PC
5. Reinstall Synapse and later reconnect the Headphones

If you still have issues, before rebooting your PC try to clear more in depth your pc going to Device Manager and manually delete everything related to Razer. Click on View -> Show hidden devices and expand one by one each section and uninstall Razer hidden or unplugged devices.
Reboot your pc and reinstall Synapse.

Doing this way I finally fixed the broken audio due to the latest updates.
Hope it works for you too!
