Synapse 3 and Phillips Hue - Multiple Lights Not Working - Wallpaper Engine/Other SDK Apps

I have been having an issue with my multiple light setup of Phillips Hue lights ever since working with an agent on a separate issue and having performed a clean install. I used to have all of my lights syncing correctly through Razer Synapse 3.0 with the Phillips Hue integration, but since then only my 1st light in my entertainment area is taking the correct lighting information. I found that I was able to reliably replicate the issue after multiple re-installations of both Synapse and the Hue Integration and on another computer that never had any Synapse or Hue applications installed.

The results are always the same:
Primary Hue light works as intended, secondary and beyond have a random color statically assigned to them which is not what is set up in either the Phillips Hue app or the Phillips Hue Sync.

Programs such as Overwatch, Doom and the Synapse native applications such as Chroma Visualizer work fine as I think they are processing the data to Synapse differently, but Chroma apps such as Wallpaper Engine that appear to be driven by the direct SDK in particular are showing this irregularity.

I'm sure others are experiencing this same issue and I'd love to talk to a support agent directly, but it is currently impossible to contact someone to work on this challenge.
