Synapse 3 auto profile switch works randomly

Hello,
I don't know why, but some days, when my computer starts, the auto profile switch works perfectly.
(I've 2 profile, one for chrome, and one default for games)
But some other days, it just doesn't works, even if I close synapse and reopen it.
Is there a process or something I could kill and launch again to catch if I'm on chrome or not, and auto switch again ?

Also, I have a blackwidow chroma, with the macro buttons on the right, is there a way to bind profile switch on these macro buttons ?

Hi there! Try creating a dummy account. Login to Synapse using that account and check if the auto profile would still not properly work.

You should also be able to assign any of the BlackWidow Chroma keys as a switch for profiles. Just go to Keyboard > Customize > click on the desired key > Switch Profile.

Hi, I forgot an important detail, I'm trying to change my mouse profiles. Before synapse 3, I used to have a macro key for turning mic on and off, and a macro key for switching my mouse profiles. Now the mic switch still works, but I can't bind a keyboard key to change profile of my mouse anymore.

I see. I think what you're trying to do isn't possible. You can't use keyboard keys to switch mouse profiles same as mouse keys to switch keyboard profiles. Keyboard keys are only for keyboard profiles and mouse keys are only for mouse profiles.
