Synapse 3 can't sync third-party devices

Hello,

I have seen from the razer Synapse 3 demo on the CES 2019 that the synchronisation between multiple third-party devices can be possible currently:

I am using the following softwares: MSI Mystic Light Ver 3.0.0.45
Thermaltake TT RGB Plus Ver 1.2.6
Synapse Ver 3.4.109.10405

All are running on Windows 10 64Bits Ver 1809 and all are the latest versions you can download officially

However the synchronisation doesn't work.

I'm wondering if they've used specific beta versions to make the demo functional at CES or maybe i'm missing something to make it work?

I am having similar issues with:
Synapse Ver 3.4.109.10405
MSI Gaming app Ver 6.2.0.83
the MSI gaming app does not have the sync fumstion as described in the release video, the apps may need a forthcoming update to sync.
Also if MSI_LED.exe is running on my system, Synapse cant handle any custom profile.

If you look closer at synapse 3 on video you will see this is difrent version that we have right now why becose you dont have exmaple alexa module. If i remember correctly right now you have msi support but via msi app itself.

We were using a pre-release version of MSI's mystic light software (v3.0.0.45) at CES. It has yet to be released to the public. We don't have a final release date from MSI, but should be sometime soon.
