As a RAZER Vanguard, I wish I can give you good answer.
As per attached, Synapse 3.0 is only compatible with Windows 10

You can try update your Synapse 3.0 version; but due to OS version incompatibility, Synapse update cannot be finalized on Windows 7.

As per the following link, shows all RAZER devices that are compatible with "latest" Synapse 3.0, RAZER Atheris is one of them

I would recommend upgrading your OS to Windows 10.

As many Microsoft followers know, Microsoft no longer provides services and updates for Windows 7.
Which means your current Windows 7 is no longer serviced by Microsoft and cannot provide protection from attacks.

Due to this "no protection issue", most third party Microsoft applications are applicable on Windows 10, and some still for 8 and 8.1.
Looking through synapse 3 installed files I found it only comes with 64bit version of the drivers now. I need the working windows 7 32bit drivers by there selfs. I managed to find some that didn't work. So I opened the .inf file in notepad and who ever wrote it must of been half asleep. the driver it self is actually 3 drivers total 1 for each device the mouse shows up as and I only found 2 and they weren't even together. Its just parts the driver I'm finding. I know probably I'll have to rewrite them myself but without the 3rd devices file that's not going to work.
So I've been look at various versions of the 32 and 64bit drivers it's obvious that it was never intended for windows to load the drivers, they're not in a way windows could understand. This is why I can't load any stand alone pack there the same drivers. But I was looking at the default driver Microsoft loaded and its written differently but not by much, I think I can rewrite the Razer drives but in the format used by the Microsoft drivers. I think I can make a working windows 7 32bit Razer Atheris driver. So this sounds fun and if it works I'll definitely upload here I'm sure there's other that could use it. Oh bonus I also found the only difference in drivers for other models is the device id's, every thing else is the same so I should be able to create working drivers for most if not all other mouse models. Wish me luck
