Synapse 3 Fail to start


I just purchased the Blackwidow and Mamba Elite. Plugged them into my computer, and installed Synapse 3, and got failed to start. I then took to the forums to figure out a solution. ive done everything from calling customer support (which was useless), completely removing it from program file and x86. I tried the firewall work around, tried .net frame work, and nothing. Everything I did find online seemed as if there is almost no support from Razer, but only the community. I'm beyond frustrated, and am about to just go ahead and return both keyboard and mouse. I'm on a brand new machine running windows 10pro. I'm at a loss of where to go at this point.

I am in the exact same situation..... The weird thing is I have owned my razer keyboard, mousepad and headphones for well over a year and they have been working flawlessly with Synapse....I was currently using synapse 3 and a few days ago an update occurred and now I have the same issue... I keep getting the error" Failed to Start" message. I deleted it and reinstalled but once synapse 3 is installed, I try to open it and get the error. Running windows 10 as well.
Uninstalled and reinstalled for like the 100th time, and now got a "Debug Service Form" not sure what this is all about, but it sure would be nice for Razer to get back to me.
Really? That is weird. I still can not get mine working lol... headphones are useless for surround sound without synapse

Hi! I am! I just tried a fresh install and still the exact same issue. When Razer Synapse 3 tries to open it says "Failed to start". 😞 😞

I'm having a .NET framework error that blocks the start of Synapse. While trying reinstalling and stuff I got once to this "failed to start" error instead, but now I'm back to just the .NET framework error and Synapse running as a process but not starting at all.

Contacted support, went through all the steps of clean reinstall and removing and reinstalling .NET framework, but still dealing with the same.
