    Hi all,

So, I have been a long time user of Razer products, and have had little to no issues with things so far, up until a few weeks ago i was using a Razer Huntsman Elite (Keyboard) and a Razer Naga Epic (mouse).

The keyboard requiring Synapse 3 and the mouse requiring Synapse 2, which was fine i guess, but i recently decided to upgrade to the Razer Naga Trinity, which is compatible with Synapse 3, yay! I was able to remove Synapse 2 and have one less program installed.

So, I set about adding a profile for the mouse, with it's custom key maps etc, lighting effect that is supposed to switch depending on the game i'm playing etc etc, but that's where the problems start.

They keyboard, is totally fine, i hit the key i have assigned to "change profile + chroma studio lighting effect, and hey presto, it changed to the correct key map and lighting effect (static red) . Interestingly it also assigns the same colour scheme to the mouse which is fine but it doesn't change the key map on the mouse.

However....when i hit the built in "profile" button on the base of the Naga Trinity, the key map changed, but the lighting effect does NOT. I can see no way of customising exactly what that button does within Synapse, it seems to only be programmed to swap to the profile and not the lighting effects attached to that profile?

So, i'm wondering, is it possible to either:

Have it set up so that with one press of a button on the keyboard, it changes to the games profile on BOTH devices, and changes to the correct colour set in that profile OR...

Have it set so that the profile button on the base of the mouse changes to the profile and the relevant colour assigned?

Also - For some reason or other, Synapse 3 INSISTS on changing my lighting settings from "Quick settings" to "Advanced" all by itself, and from what I've read withing Synapse, the advanced settings can't be saved to profiles, so why is it doing this? I would rather use the quick settings which CAN be saved to the profile and then stick that profile on the devices on-board memory.

    Any advice would be appreciated,

TLDR: When i swap my keyboard to the "Runescape" profile i wan't both the keyboard and mouse to swap to that profile and lighting effects. not just the keyboard.

I have a similar problem, the button underneath does not change the profile at all, these change only when synapse is open. on another pc, it stuck in default mode
