I've updated the other thread Razer.

Making a REST POST request to this endpoint

https://manifest.razerapi.com/api/legacy/mWImrFcD/prod/lwiproductlist/get

I get the following response

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

<message><![CDATA[Not authorized for environment 'prod']]></message>
<errors xsi:nil="true"/>
</result>


This needs escalating to the department that runs that API Endpoint as, at present, the Razer Synapse installer is less than useless.

I replied to your initial thread. Please refrain from posting a thread with similar concern, since it's against our house rules. Nonetheless, help me initiate an investigation by sending me the following:

a. MSinfo logs
b. Synapse 3.0 logs.
c. Windows event logs
d. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
