Synapse 3 support for Kraken 7.1 Chroma V1?

    It's been 2 years and I'm still waiting.
    Any updates on when my Kraken 7.1 may get Synapse 3 support?

    The last I heard was that development to support older products such as that headset on Synapse 3 was paused so the dev's could focus on ironing out the bugs of Synapse 3 and add more features for existing products on the platform, however it has been several months now so I am not sure if that status has changed.

    When legacy devices will add again there will be announcment in synapse 3 update topic. Best thing you can do is watch this kind of topic here on this section of forum.

    It getting obvious that all your Razer products work happily together in Synapse 3 and that you don’t have any issues with it. I could have watched this kind of topic every day for the past 2 years! We’ve been waiting too long and I think the priority of Razer should be keeping their customers happy. There are so many people on this forum that are complaining about it and I’ve read a lot of comments of people who just abbandon Razer and go to other brands, which is not what Razer wants, is it? RGB is what makes Razer Razer, and if that doesn’t work flawlessly together, then ya... I’m sorry but me and a lot of other people a sick and tired of waiting and that makes me a bit... uhhh.. angry. The day my Razer products work together will be day I’ll never forget, and please let that day happen soon....

    Yeah my sairen pro is on synapse day and night also my naga epic chroma just hide on the corner becose it's shy. I can tell you only that what you do with this it's your choice. Go and read few topic on forum devices that are supported by synapse 3 you will see how happy people are. For synapse team there is a priority list first fix a issues/bugs on current supported devices that people who buy new hardwere can enjoy them like you on synapse 2 where everything works fine. Next thing is add/modify funcionality of synapse 3 to cover devices that are alredy supported and legact devices that in future will be. Saying that i want my lights to sync becose it's more important that coustmer who buy new headset or keybord and it's only synapse 3 comatibile and having a lot of small issues with them or one big is not a huge problem in your opinion ?

    My proint is that Synapse 3 is awesome software, but that it’s taking more than 2 years to support older devices, devices from people who buying Razer products for the quality and RGB. I think Razer should focus more on its old, loyal customers who already have Razer products, rather than focusing on new customers. It’s good they are fixing bugs, but they also keep implementing new things which brings more bugs, and we are still not able to use it... The priority should be giving the best customer service for existing costumers, otherwise Razer will lose customers. What’s worse, losing customers because they can’t sync their lights (RGB, that’s what Razer stands for), or not implementing some new features for a month or more? I sure know what I would choose...
    This is a flaw in Razers marketing and it will bring angry and frustrated customers, something what nobody wants isn’t it?

    It's not just RGB but also Synapse 2 doesn't seem to remember my settings for my Kraken. Everytime I boot my computer up, I'll have to redo the EQ settings etc. Been like that since I bought them.

    I dont think synapse is great of few reasons i write before about this mayby in future when will be fully complete from what i see there is missing few things here and there from ver. 2 and not everything wirk like upload profiles from ver.2 to ver.3 but yeah this take time. Also i write about the time you write on your post few times it's annoying but you cant do anything to make the process faster this out of customer power. But i understand also razer team why they do priority list and focus on fixing the expiriance of synapse. It's double side coin at this point so there is no simple answear. But i really this post you write understand and hope something will change.
