Originally my issue was that my new Ornata keyboard was not being recognized in Synapse, and after following the various guides and trouble shooting I tried to do a clean install. That is when this issue started.
I have spent the last two hours trying to apply various fixes...pausing my anti-virus, adding exceptions to my firewall, turning off my firewall...and never get past this same screen when trying to install.
I can install Synapse 2.0 and get my Firefly to work, but unless I can install Synapse 3, my Ornata and Mamba Elite are stuck in spectrum cycling mode.
