Synapse does not recognize Razer products

  1. I have a Deathadder Chroma, a Blackwidow V2 Chroma and a Kraken V2 Pro, Synapse 2.0 is only recognizing my headset, it doesn't recognize the keyboard or the mouse, synapse 3.0 only recognizes the keyboard, I can't use it that way , I already uninstalled and installed everything again, can anyone help me?

    hello, i have several razer products and i have been having a hard time with synapse for a long time ... he recognizes my keyboard, mouse and mousepad, but my headset he only recognizes that i can't configure it he doesn't appear in the application tray from synapse so I have no lighting effects (this is the least) and no surround effects. help me please.

    Hello. What specific headset do you have? Also, which version of Synapse are you using?

    hello thanks for your return my headset is kraken 7.1 chroma and the software version is synapse 2
