synapse doesn't recognize Razer tomahawk ATX

Hello i got a razer tomahawk ATX case, and synapse 3 doesn't see it. I got the usb port plugged into my motherboard and i know it works, I've tried other devices and the under glow turns on with the default spectrum cycling but synapse doesn't detect it. I've did the synapse repair and reinstall. is this even synapse supported? i don't see it under the supporting hardware. Razer Synapse 3 (razersupport.com) but i have seen some youtubers have synced to synapse. Thanks.
