Synapse driving me insane!!!

Ok so this has been an ongoing issue for 2 years....the only thing i get is send us the logs, reinstall, or mail us the product back and you get another one in 2 months.....ITS SYNAPSE NOT THE PRODUCT!! Synapse is literally the most dumpster trash as you can get! I hate sending stuff in just to get more synapse issues and go all that time with out stuff only to have nothing fixed when the new one gets here...thats proof its synapse because if its not than what you are saying is 90% of your products are faulty either way it makes razer look like trash! One inconvenience after another, most horrible nightmare experience ever. ALL my stuff...game pad, keyboard, and mouse will all reinstall them selves like 20 times in a hour and not stop...some times they turn off all together and i have to reset my pc just to get them back because a unpleg replug doesnt work so then i lose everything i was working on YAY! AND NO, its not the pc either...does it on all 3 pcs...BUT old stuff that doesnt have crap synapse 3 has no issues......so if its not the PC, and its only things affected by synapse THAT MEANS SYNAPSE IS THE TRASH ISSUE i have no idea why no one will see this, its pretty kindergarten obvious. I hate spending over $500 all at once just to find out its all trash and no matter how much i replace it it never works. So far there has been only 1 true fix, return it and buy corsair....so unless someone has a REAL fix then i think i will go that route.

So it did it 10 more times since last post......my lights just turn off and when i look at synapse stuff just automatically my mouse, gamepad, keyboard, and mouse pad all uninstalled them self.....sometimes they reinstall them selves but just eventually uninstall themself again...sometimes they never reinstall...WHY????? i can even use this trash i have to unplug all razer products and throw them on the desk until i can actually use them without risking everything im working on. Nothing happens while synapes app is turned off..but then i cant use 1/2 of what i paid for.

I have tried all of the above. I can grabbed OpenRGB, and I can at least change the colors, Set up a little PowerShell script you can run a command line to OpenRGB to run a pre made profile on windows start-up. So the devices "work" the Synapse software does not, I thought it was my computer, so I bought a $2K gaming computer and I have the exact same issues. I really like my Nari headsets and Mamba Hyperflux mouse, but when Synapse is running, computer freezes, audio goes, mouse is unresponsive, colors do not persist, or go back to default rainbow cycling, etc. complete garbage. There used to me a "non-cloud" driver for razer products, Those worked very well. I really do not what my driver software sending telemetry to a cloud provider, let me save my setting and I can store it in my Google Drive or something. Recommending to all my friends, if they want flashy RGB, go with Logitech, it just works, Stay away from Razer until they can fix their drivers.
