Synapse Global Shortcuts have to be saved after each restart

I have a Razer Turret for Xbox One. I use it with my pc and have several saved global shortcuts. After each restart of my pc I have to go to Synapse and click each shortcut, which still appear in synapse, and just click save and they work. If I don't do this they will not work. Any Idea on how to fix this? I've done all the standard support suggestions like clean install, turning off windows power management, etc... Nothing works. Thanks.
