Synapse infinite loading screen

    Hello!
    I bought my razer products last thursday and im having problems with synpase. The problem i can't solve is the log in. The problem happens when i open synapse and he asks me to log in, i log in but synapse gets stuck on infinite loading screen upload_2021-5-3_10-6-55.png
    I tried to restart my computer, unistall and install synapse, left it a whole day to see if it could log in but it simple can't.
    Note: this also happens with cortex

    I Have The same problem, but my synapse just doesn't launch. It only launchs the first time after uninstalling and reinstalling it, but when I turn my computer back on, it Just never launchs.
    PLZ HELP!

    Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's concern here. Please ensure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking the app. Also, are connected to your home network and using a personal computer? Please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps.

    Hey! I've tried what you suggested, but still doesn't work.
    Any other suggestions?

    Have you tried checking for any Windows updates available and installed them? Should the issue persist, please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Once done, please proceed with the clean reinstallation and see if it helps.

    Thanks for letting me know. Please send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse logs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your message. I’ll be locking this thread now.
