I've tried pausing my Antivirus S/W and exiting it entirely, but it made no difference.
I rebooted, and tried again - still failed.
I downloaded Synapse from your website and ran that - same problem.
Searched online but all but one link just suggested what I'd already tried. The one exception suggested going into the log file and downloading from each link listed there, but in my case there were no Internet links in the log.
PS: Do you have a manual installer? Every other peripheral manufacturer provides that option.
