So i got my brand new Naga V2 Hyperspeed today, was trying to set it up on Synapse v3.
The basic mouse functionalities works, but...
It wasn't recognized so I updated Synapse just before I plugged it in.
It showed up on Synapse, but noticed no configuration could be changed on the 2.4Ghz mode with the dongle.
Saw a message for firmware update were needed at the bottom so i went and downloaded the update from the support page:
NagaV2HyperSpeed_00B400B5_FirmwareUpdater_v1.01.00_r2 this version specifically, noticed thjs was released today tho.
Shut down Synapse, then Ran the installation guide and updated the Dongle and the Bluetooth separately successfully. Restarted the PC after it.
Synapse started behaving strangely after it, not recognizing the device when plugging it in, only when you actually restarted the program it could show up some times.
Swapping to bluetooth mode, the green loading circle were loading then getting stuck on a small percentage.
Those times it actually did appear to access the customization option, changing any buttons didnt work, even when pressing save, the battery section indicated 0% battery as if it couldnt communicate with the device.
Turning the device on and off, didn't change the state of the Synapse connection, only when restarting the app.
It was still prompting the firmware needed updating for the "Hyperspeed Multi-device Pairing".
So i tried starting the same firmware updater and it said i had the latest version on both the bluetooth and 2.4ghz version.

I later tried repairing Synapse via the programs menu in Windows, Restarted PC, then repeated the checks and the same problems still persisted.

Is there anyway i can provide with logs or additional data to help with this?
I assume its the firmware that isnt really completely stable yet and not communicating synapse correctly.

Are you experiencing the same issues with the latest firmware update (v1.01.00_r2)?
