Synapse Not Launching

Hello, My Razer Synapse fails to launch and cannot be opened. This happens every time I restart my computer (Razer Blade 15). I have to completely uninstall the software and reinstall it. This works, but is obviously a painful remedy.

Any ideas why I can't get Synapse to open?

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Please check your computer's firewall or anti-virus is blocking any Razer-related file. Please check the steps below:

Disable Firewall:


1. Open Control Panel.
2. Select System and Security.
3. Choose Windows Firewall.
4. Select Turn Windows Firewall on or off on the left side of the screen.
5. Select the bubble next to Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended).
6. Select OK to save your changes.

Disable Anti-Virus:

1.This varies to the Anti-Virus you are using.
2. On the Start menu, type in "cmd" and run the command prompt as administrator.
3. On the command prompt window, type "powercfg -lastwake".
