    Hello,

Today I was rearranging the furniture in my room and I had to disconnect everything from my pc etc.
After I put everything in place, including plugging in the mouse (Naga Hex V2) and keyboard (BlackWidow X TE Chroma), the peripherals were no longer detected in Razer Synapse (version 2). I assume because I didn't put them back into the exact same USB ports. I also noticed that Windows 10 performed a driver installation for both. The mouse is a Naga Hex V2 and the keyboard is a BlackWidow X TE Chroma. The PC was in no way physically damaged and everything but the peripherals is working just fine. Note that the keyboard and mouse are reacting to input just fine - it's not a physical issue.

    I tried, but without result:
    - uninstalling Synapse
    - removing Razer files from AppData in my Users folder
    - uninstalling any mouse and keyboard drivers
    - restarting and reinstalling Synapse

Installing Synapse 3 did get the mouse to show up, albeit without ANY macros or lighting settings previously set up in the older synapse. No matter what I do, I can't get the keyboard to show in the damn software (neither Synapse 2 or 3). After all the software uninstallations, the mouse keeps the default color cycling lighting setting, which is expected, but the keyboard maintains the lighting settings previously set up, when it was actually being detected by the software.

I've wasted 3 hours of my weekend on this nonsense, how does your software not detect a perfectly functioning keyboard ON WHICH I AM TYPING THIS RIGHT NOW?!
