Synapse Not Recognizing Razer Edition Lenovo Monitor

    Just as the title suggests, the Synapse software is not recognizing my monitor and thus I can't turn on the lights on the back. I've tried all the fixes that I've found so far and nothing has worked. Is it just a defective part?
