Synapse not remember password on 2019 Blade 15

Hi

I've found numerous threads about this but no answers - does anyone have one?
Every time I boot up my Blade 15 into Windows 10 synapse asks me for a password, even when I have "it's a safehouse" tagged.

In short this is annoying me, more so than the function buttons that aren't backlit or the stupid shift key that is simply too small so I keep hitting the up arrow causing the cursor to randomly jump all over the screen.

I'm about at the point where these niggles are going to prompt me to returtn the laptop and get something different, so if anyone has any answer to the login issue I'd like to hear it. Thanks.

(This happens repeatedly on my desktop also where I run a razer mouse).
