Synapse not starting tried everything in the faq

So Synapse is not starting or updating on my machine. I've tried to follow the directions on the Support Faq and done everything except uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and I have actually tried to do the uninstall/reinstall however the uninstall stops at 19% and will not continue even if my computer is left on overnight. I tried opening a support ticket and when I clicked the button to submit I got a network error. Here's the event log.

Did you ensure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps when reinstalling Synapse? Do you mind sharing a screenshot showing the error via PM? That way, I can see things from your perspective. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Let's go from there.
