Synapse update broke spatial sound

Hi, I have a Razer Kraken TE and after the Razer Synapse software update the spatial sound stopped working. When I have THX Spatial - Synapse set as default device I get no sound. When Razer Kraken TE - Game is set as default I can't get spatial sound or use the equalizer.

Same here but with Nari Ultimate. My issue manifests the same as yours. I've tried complete uninstall, plugging USB dongle to different ports, etc. THX Spatial-Synapse has no audio. Even when I select test under sound settings the sound bars indicate no input. Game and Chat Channels work fine though.
Okay, so complete manual uninstallation of Razer drivers and reinstall cause my Audio Service to stop functioning, When I tried to use Microsoft's built in "help" it rant tests and somehow fixed the audio service and my problem. I re-installed Synapse and all is still working.
I'm having the same issue on my Kraken TE. It works fine when i select the chat as my default device, but when i select the THX Spatial synapse as my output device i get nothing. I tried reinstalling synapse and that hasn't worked. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
thanks
Hi there,

I myself recently bought a Razer Nari and was facing a similar problem. I fixed it however and here's how I did so:

As attached in the image below, what I did was click on the "SET AS DEFAULT" button in the MIXER tab under the AUDIO tab of Razer Synapse 3 under the THX SPATIAL AUDIO category.

If you don't see the option, try setting the Windows Default output to something else other than the THX first.

Hope this helps.
