Was working fine. All of a sudden a few weeks back it wouldn't open, was prompted to either update, fix or uninstall. Tried all 3 but none ever do anything. Loading bar gets stuck at 7% and then closes. Would appreciate some help.
System is windows 10

Ouch, your problem is a step worse than mine, i have the same problem, except, i can actually uninstall it. :S
I sent all the info i could support to help them fix the problem... Now we just gotta wait... until then, try using a dedicated program to uninstall it... Like Revo Uninstaller Pro, or something, and then make it scan for any leftover razer files for a clean uninstall.
If that doesn't work, well, then i suppose you have to reinstall your OS from scratch. :S
If Synapse is THAT broken, they have a serious problem on their hands... Oof... :S

Hi everyone! Was everything covered? Have you tried repairing your Razer Synapse 3.0? If you haven't, please perform the steps here. Ensure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, do you have VPN settings on your computer? If yes, please disable or remove it and see if the behavior persists.
