how to change mouse latency?
Are you referring to DPI sensitivity? Have you tried adjusting the DPI sensitivity and calibrated the mouse via Razer Synapse 3.0? If you haven't, please following the steps from this link. If you are using a laptop, check the Windows Palm Check Threshold slider to "Min". Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM including your device's serial number should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
