    Hey,
I have Ornata Chroma keyboard. When I turn on chroma visualizer there are no bars on keyboard visualizing music I'm listening to... I checked everything. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I have set playback device and checked it in synapse if I selected it. The music is playing I can hear it but synapse does not show anything on keyboard. And now the most weird thing... I have to turn up the volume to the limits on Spotify and my system volume and then Synapse shows the music bars on keyboard and I have to set the Scale to 10.... Why is that so weird it does not detect any sound in my PC when I hear it. I have to turn the volume to 17291% and then it shows something on keyboard... Why? Help please.

Windows volume has no effect on Chroma Visualizer... for example : it will work even if you mute your windows volume. It only depends on application volume.

As for the scale, we are making a few tweaks to the visualizer scale in the upcoming release this week.

Well... I don't want to just look at the keyboard. I want to listen to music also. There is no sense in muting Windows volume just to not be deaf, turn up the application volume and hear nothing but seeing how the keyboard is lighting...

I'm not telling you to mute windows volume, i'm trying to explain how it works. The ideal way to use it to set the volume level in (for example) spotify to maximum and then control your actual sound output level using the "master" windows volume.
