Will Razer update the Tech in the Synapse/Chroma in order to do more effects with more heroes in OverWatch. or is it a blizzard thing not Razer? i'm kinda confused on it

It's a Blizzard thing, so it's up to them to do the chroma update

I'm sorry to hear that someone from Blizzard give you wrong answear. Effects you see in "Overwatch" are made by game developer and they are integrated into game itself. If chroma effecs was made by fan or third party deve;oper it was a mod to download like it is in cs: go
