System Audio not working after Synapse Update!!! Urgent

Hi Folks,

I use a Kraken Tournament USB Headset with Razer Synapse. Worked great yesterday.
This morning there was a Synapse update that I installed.
Since my Kraken is not working, but neither any other USB audio device.
I am on Windows 10 and had no issues so far.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse but nothing helps. The Synapse THX is showing up in Win Sound Control Panel. But it doesn't output anything. Its set to default device. But I changed that and changed it back and that doesn't help.

No Microphones are detected at all. Even my external Rode NT USB stopped working.

When I plugged in My Rode NT-USB I got the typical notification that it was set up and is ready to use. But it doesn't work either it doesn't show up in the recording devices. When I run Windows troubleshooting for the Razer USB device or the Rode Nt Usb, windows says they are not plugged in.

So I assume the Synapse update messed up the USB controllers or drivers for audio devices.
USB Keyboard and mouse are working.

I am a part-time streamer and after losing my job to covid I rely on the little bit of extra income I get from streaming. Unfortunately, the Sound issues won't allow me to stream now.
The only audio device that is still working is the internal motherboard High definition Audio output.

Kind regards

Hi here are the Synapse version as well as Windows device manager screenshots:

For now, try to reinstall the headset drivers as they appear to have some problems. Please send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 via PM, along with the Synapse logs. I can use those to help me get a better understanding of the issue. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. Let's continue our conversation from there.
