Tartarus Hot Keys?

Hi guys
My old Orbweaver keypad Alt button has given up (The one on top of the round gear) and I wonder about the differences with Tartarus.
1- Can I use the scrolling gear in Tart. as a hot key? I ask this because we're loosing a key from Orbweaver (19 on the fingers pad in Tart. vs 20 in Orbw,).
2- It seems that the Alt button of Orbweaver (the top thumb button) serves now in Tart. a Keymap switch mode, or can I still customize it to be an Alt button?
3- I'm not sure what are the 32 customizable key strokes. In Orbweaver I have 20 Keys for the left hand on the box keypad area, and then I have 6 keys on the thumb side (1 Alt button on top of the gear, 4 buttons on the gear and 1 Space bar key). What are Tartarus Thumb keys?

You can bind thumb keys to anything you want
example wsad onto joystick or left joystick to some macro and right to some other keyboard button or whatever you imagine 🙂
