Tartarus Pro Not Working?

I've had this Tartarus Pro for about a year now and it's worked well without issue, but recently my computer hiccuped and had a whole system crash. After it rebooted itself, the buttons on my Pro stopped working. To clarify, my mouse, regular keyboard, and everything else is fully functional. Even the scroll, joystick, and thumb buttons on the Tartarus Pro work, it's just the "keyboard" buttons that don't seem to be registering. I'm thinking it has to be a software issue, but I've tried switching profiles and don't know what else to try. I've restarted my system and the game several times.
