Tartarus V2 direction remap press loop

Hi I got a Tartarus V2 (membrane) and I play TESO with remapping direction arrow to the keypad.
Sometimes the direction pressed is stuck in loop even I release the button. In game my character is moving in the direction pressed like I still press the button.

To program the direction I use "Keyboard function ---> alphanumeric"

To unlock the press loop need to press again the direction stuck one or several times.

Hope this can be fixed. Never got this problem with my old mechanical Tartarus v1.
