Terrible Razer customer 'support'

    I requested a mouse to replace a Deathadder that stopped working. Once it was established that it is broken, and that they have none left in stock so are going to send me a promo code instead, the problems began. It's now approaching 4 weeks since then, and keep getting replies such as "Dear Oliver, thank you for your email [...] I am not sure why you have not received your promo code yet [...] will get back to you as soon as possible."

    So each individual person appears to be helpful, but as a whole, the customer support is dysfunctional. 4 weeks of receiving emails such as this the one above is getting very annoying. Stop spending little on customer support, Razer. Will it be fixed sooner?
