Text function in Razer Synapse 3

I have an issue with Razer Synapse 3. On both Naga Chroma and Tartarus v1. When I use a "Text function" it just doesn't work. It always types the same letter v. Just look at the screenshots. No matter what i type - numbers, symbols, cyrillic or english letters or words - the result is the same. I'd like to use that funcrtion, but i can't. I need your help with that. The software is updated, no updates found. Windows 10 is updated as well, but this problem remains for a long time. It didn't work on my PC, and now it doesn't work on the laptop, so clearly it's not caused by any hardware.
