    Hello I'm Paws o/ *Wavewave* I just wanted to thank the Razer Support staff for making my return experience painfree :smile_: I had to return my Tartarus V2 because the D-Pad malfunctioned. I was very sad :frown_: But thankfully all in all it took less then a week to notify support, send off my baby & receive my replacement! Thankfully I still had Tartarus V1 in my closet :wink_: The Support Agents I dealt with were very helpfully and friendly :heart: Thank you guys so much. Yay Razer! :big_grin_:
