Today while playing Xbox and using my Razer TE controller, I noticed the controller's "m2" additional trigger/bumper had become loose. I was able to hear the rattling noise of the trigger when I moved the controller. When I pressed on the "m2" trigger it was loose and could move it around. It's still connected to the controller and receives input when pressed, but it's no longer firmly in place. The "m1" trigger is still firmly intact and isn't experiencing the same problem as the broken "m2" trigger. The best way to describe the malfunction of the "m2" trigger is that it rattles and appears to have dislodged from its location. When you move the controller, shake the controller and press the "m2" button, you're able to hear the rattling noise like something is loose. In this case, it's the trigger itself. At this time, it's still connected to the controller but I believe it's starting to affect the controller's input response. For example, I never had issues with buttons becoming unresponsive until today. The right trigger (r2) became unresponsive but I was able to correct this error by simply unplugging the USB cord attached the controller and plugging it back in. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I have e-mailed Razer support on the issue as well. To my knowledge, I am still under warranty. I purchased the controller from Gamestop and still have the box which contains the manual and Razer stickers. I can't locate the receipt and Gamestop doesn't provide it's member's with an online purchase history which is ridiculous. It appears I will need to wait for Razer support to provide me with a case number and then request a proof of purchase through GameStop with Razer's case number.

I also own the Razer Wolverine Ultimate edition controller, which is still brand new. I purchased it in September of 2018, tried it a few times but didn't like the button's in the back. Wasn't very fond of the stick's sensitivity difference between the Ultimate edition and the Tournament edition. I have the Ultimate edition back in its box and it's sitting on the shelf.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there! Can you share a short video of the rattle of the loose trigger button? Also, when did this issue start?

Hello, I just posted a video of it, It started on December 25th. I pressed the "m1" trigger and immediately noticed that the trigger was loose. The loose trigger wasn't an onset which had gotten worse over time because it wasn't loose the day before.

Thanks for the video. Please send me the case number through a PM. Make sure to include the link to this post. I'll take a look at your case.
