  1. We won't know for sure until someone gets one and opens it up, but I'm pretty sure they didn't make any changes so they should have an extra slot if the previous had it. Which I'm now seeing that it does.

I don't think they would change their design to not include it anymore. So that is a plus. Just wish they would include an option to add to it since it costs so much in the first place.

There really isn't much else that they can upgrade right now, especially in this form factor.

They have gone the way of apple mild mid year refreshes. It's the "new" early 2015 blade lol. Still thinking the speck boost and qhd in that form factor is pretty awesome

Very nice, I like how they offer a 1080p version with same same graphics hardware so if you don't care about the extra pixels you can just get the 1080p and crank up the graphics quality with all the 3GB of VRAM!

Actually I was expecting a chroma keyboard and sd slot, also good they did a 1080p one.

In terms of the design, why change it? The design has been very well received. How does the saying go, "If it ain't broke, dont fix it."

Aw, I was waiting for an upgrade, but was hoping for chroma and new processors. Holding out a little longer!

It's nice. I can't afford it but it's very nice. The only thing I think you could improve on would be to add a 16gb ram and 512gb ssd option for the FHD model. If people want to pay more for the screen that's great, but the specs should be the same apart from that.

The 2013 Blade had two mSATA slots. The included drive was buried under keyboard cabling. The second slot was wide open, complete with the screw needed to hold an mSATA drive in place.

The 2014 Blade has a single m.2 slot that came with a m.2 22800 form factor drive installed. It's buried under the keyboard cabling.

We'll have to wait for someone to open the 2015 model to see if it still has only one m.2 slot, or if there's a second somewhere.
