I like the how the logo lights up, but, I mean, $99.99 for earbuds, it's just a bit unreasonable.

These are a steal... look at Powerbeats 3 at 200 dollars. Half the price and surely not half the performance.

I'm disappointed at iOS app doesn't support Hammerhead BT.

Just wondering. Does the Hammerhead have magnetic sides like the Beats X??

Just got my Hammerhead BT today. The Hammerhead BT is very comfortable to use, and the magnetic clip on the back is extremely help for holding the battery's weight. Earpieces also fits in my ears well; I haven't had any discomfort with it for around 3 hours of music listening. Over all the Hammerhead BT's build quality is very satisfying. The sound quality is great in my opinion, but I am no audiophile so I cannot give a review of the sound quality. The light-up three-headed snake logo on the sides are pure awesomeness, but I am hoping to have the option to turn it off for some extra battery life.

The minimum volume of the Hammerhead BT on iOS devices, however, is too loud for my taste. It should be noted that the Hammerhead BT works perfectly on everything else I have tried, such as my Razer Blade and my Android phones. I believe this isn't a huge issue and it should be able to be fixed by a firmware update. Bowers & Wilkins P7 Wireless Headphones had this issue with iOS as well, and it has been fixed with a firmware update. Although Apple's iOS should probably be responsible this Bluetooth headphone volume issue, Apple has never responded to this problem with an update or a fix, and I guess my only hope is on Razer's side.

I just received my Hammerhead BTs a couple days ago, as well. Definitely impressed with the sound quality; I wasn't expecting much from a pair of earbuds, but they deliver! Build quality is solid, and the aesthetics are killer. Pairing with multiple devices is trivial, and switching between phone/PC/tablet is just a matter of tapping "connect" on the device I want to stream audio from.

That all aside, there's two minor issues I've run into --
    • Mic quality is abysmal.
    • Knurling on the outside of the earbuds is...uncomfortable.
I have a couple daily conference calls I need to attend, and I'd picked these up thinking I could replace my (wired) headset -- but that's not gonna happen. The mic works, but ... no, it's just really bad.

The knurling isn't too big of a deal, and will depend a lot on the shape and size of your ears. My ears are such that there's a small bit of contact between the knurling and the edge of my ear, which is almost unnoticeable at first, but after a couple hours gets to be uncomfortable.

    Overall, very satisfied with them!

    Bluetooth 4.1 with aptX
We've taken note of that, it hasn't been clear and we'll update our pages accordingly to reflect that.

I just bought a pair of Skull Candy I'nkd and think I may have to give them up for a pair of these.. Wonder how they hold up while running or at the gym. I do like how there is no big or bulky thing that goes around my neck like all the other devices.
