the problem with connecting Nari Ultimate for Xbox
Hi, everybody. I have a problem connecting Nari Ultimate for Xbox Series Xbox. Everything was shared from the first time and worked fine, but when I turned off the console from the controller, the console turned on, but the controller stopped responding to button presses. I turned on the Nari headphones they went out after a second I turned on the headphones again and then they worked, but the strangest thing is that the controller also worked. That is, the inclusion of the following consoles: 1. the controller turns on the set-top box, but the controller itself is not active after switching on 2. turning on the Nari headphones(they turn off after 2 seconds). 3 turn on the headphones Again. They start working normally and the controller starts working as well. The firmware on the controller is the last one. I do not know if it is possible to update the firmware on the headphones somehow? Maybe someone faced such a problem? I would be very grateful if you could help me solve this problem. PS tried on two different xbox series x consoles with two different controllers.
