Performance Expanded. The Razer Blade Pro is available with new Full HD configuration:

The Razer Blade Pro with GeForce GTX 1060 is designed to deliver a full desktop gaming experience complete with a 17.3” Full HD 120Hz screen while remaining portable with its sleek, lightweight form factor. This beast makes for an effective desktop replacement as it is outfitted with a 7th-gen Intel Quad-Core i7, 16GB RAM, and a 256GB SSD + 2TB HDD, with the memory and storage both being expandable.

If you’re ready to turn up to 11 and go extreme, the Razer Blade Pro 4K option remains and is waiting for you, brilliant 4K display, GTX 1080, unique low-profile mechanical keyboard and all.

The Desktop In Your Laptop. Check it out, now starting at US$2,299.
    FHD configuration soon available:

    Wow, that's a beautiful thing!
If the laptop itself looks that good the Ultra HD screen must be gorgeous!

I have a 120hz screen, its cool and all, but I'd prefer the eye candy of a Ultra HD.

I like looks over performance in this case.

finally a more affordable option, however I would have prefered a 1070 in order to get the most out of a 120 hz screen

In the form factor, you could fitting 1070, don't you Razer? Anyway Nice 120 Hz upgrade.

It's almost time to upgrade my blade 2015. Glad to see a FHD option on the pro, and happy about the return of the extra HDD slot.

If the heat and noise from the 1060 are better tamed within the larger chassis, this could be the perfect gaming machine.

I'm quite sure it has better heat and noise than 1060 in 14 Blade chassis since it has more room for it, it would be perfect gaming machine for non pro gamers like me and it could be possible that Razer unlock the GPU power to be comparable with 1060 desktop one as stated on the website as "desktop experience" with those space advantages, but anyway I still prefer the portability on 14 one. Can't wait for the professional review though.

    Personally, I'm thinking even a 1080 max-Q would've been a better option than the 1060...

dont you razer? what does that even mean?

Anyhow, yes you could put up to a 1080 obviously, however I've had the 14 inch Razer blade to mind for the reasons stated..
    - Mobility (smaller form factor)
    - Nice GPU for size
    - optional 4k

    Why I stated it.
    - Mobility? (lighter than 4k model)
    - Cooling effeciency vs the sister model
    - Upgradeable storage and memory vs Blade 14
    - Cost comparison vs Blade 14

would have also been a good idea

I think razer needs to step up their laptop game a bit, they are not longer the only ones making thin gaming devices, f.e. the asus rog zephyrus gx501 has a gtx 1080 mq while being thinner than the blade pro and at a much lower price
So either the price has to come down or better specs

I hope the next blade 14 will have a 1070/mq as I'd really like to get one but the 1060 is just not a card I'd like to buy in 2017/2018 for that much money

I asked directly to Razer if you didn't get it, and yes sorry for my bad english if you also didn't get it. And i have also latest Blade 14 for your info, I'm just curious why they didn't put 1070 on it, but I hope they put "desktop class" 1060 instead since it has quite room for cooling management.
