i bought a razer viper mini in 2023 jan then gave it for warranty i received razer basillisk x hyper speed it is again having some scroll wheel issues so should i generate warranty in the name of my old mouse or for the mouse which i received after the warranty

I recently purchased a Razer Keyboard that is the special edition of SWTOR keyboard.I’ve wanted it for forever, but couldn’t afford it until now.I plugged it into my laptop and installed razer synapse 2. It said that I needed to restart, so I let it. Then my computer kept getting a blue screen of death stating that there was an issue with my SynTp.sys file. I was not prepared for this situation and spent the day recovering my computer. I wanted to try it again, because; I have wanted this keyboard for forever and it feels so nice.Plugged it in again, installed Synapse 2 again, and then restart when instructed to.Boom, Another BSOD. Thankfully, I thought this might happen, so I had a system restore point to go back to.I desperately want to use this keyboard.Am I the only one crazy enough to use such an old keyboard? So, is there something I can do, to keep my computer from wigging out over SynTp.sys?
So I bought the “Razer BlackWidow V4 X - Green Switch - US” in January, and I live in Canada. Recently, like its only been three months, my keyboard has started to malfunction. Under the 100% condition of using it as a normal gamer, parts of the key are malfunctioning and sometimes keys such as’e’, ‘r’, and even ‘space’ does not work.I wonder what do I do according to the return&exchange policy since it has a 2 years warranty.I want to exchange it for a new one! I might have recieved a flawed product...Do i go my local razor-authorized store to exchange? Please let me know!!! Big thanks! (I have the digital reciept via email at the day I boutht it)

I made a valorant game credit purchase using my razer gold coins, but it's been 2 days and I haven’t received my item on my account. It says on the transaction history that it was successful. I received an email about the purchase. I thought there was only a delay, but its been 2 days. I already submitted a ticket the other day but no replies.
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my new Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model. I purchased and received it less than a week ago, made sure to apply all updates to both the headset and attached USB dongle, and am experiencing the following issue: Whenever I am streaming (game/show/movie/anything) in Discord, whoever is viewing the stream hears a buzz in the background. I quickly plugged in my old headset (non Razer, wired headset+mic) and the stream is no longer buzzing. My Windows is fully updated, the Razer headset is set as my default mic in windows, etc. I can’t think of any reason as to why the headset would be affecting stream audio. I have even tried muting my mic during stream. Also, the static/buzzing sound does not happen during regular voice calls in discord. I’ve also tested several other calling apps (teams, regular phone calls, etc) and have no audio issues. I have not tried streaming video on any other platform as I don’t really have another platform to test on. I’m not sure
Hi! I saw that there was a previous post about this but it was closed and moved to PMs so I’m trying my luck by making a new post.The situations of mine are similar to theirs where my mouse was working fine so far (I’ve owned it since September of last year) and all of a sudden while I was playing a game it disconnects. I’ve tried using other USB ports on my PC and reinstalling the mouse drivers as well as Synapse to no avail. It only works when in contact with certain surfaces, for example, having it on my bedsheets allows the mouse to be detected and usable AS LONG as I keep it on the bedsheet, as soon as I lift it off it disconnects shortly afterwards. It unfortunately doesn’t work at all on my mouse pad. So would the only solution be buying a new mouse?
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio
I changed my phone number already but i cam changed the phone number on my razer id cause it send the codes to my previous phone number. And i dont have access to my backup codes anymore. Please help
