Intel has indicated they are going to be buying into the the whole eGPU movement. They are now working with motherboard manufacturers to allow bios updates to take TB3 for an eGPU. Theoretically if your labtop has a USB-c/TB3 it should be good to go

Last night, I had a dream that I was at the Razer booth for a gaming convention. It was early and no one was around so naturally, I decided to check out the Razer Blade Stealth they had on display. Out of no where pops CGO @Min-Liang Tan and asks "Would you like one of those?" To my obvious "yes" he replied "Well then tell me 5 reasons why you want the Blade Stealth." So I thought back to this forum, this thread, and gave him all I had. Filled with passion, I raved about the specs, the eGPU, the design, the identity. When I was finished, he paused for a second...and then started to speak, telling me I nailed the answer and saying how this was the ultimate Ultrabook for gamers. After he was done, he reached for his back pocket, handed me a purple rubber bracelet, and sent me on me way :|
  3. Thx I know light does not work, actual issue is a bad power supply, I tried using on my MacBook and nothing then on my kids Chromebook Razer is going to send out a new one. ;) Thx again.
  4. Why would it not work with Pascal? It'll just be a GPU like any other

Do take a look at other options like MSI or Asus. They may have what you need in the hardware for the price.

the answer to this and any other question like this is "maybe". The Core hasn't been released yet, and we don't know if Asus will or will not support it.

They havent made it clear whether you can use it with the other Blades with it :/ Although some review have said that it SHOULD be compatible with any laptop, with some tweaks here and there. (its not official, so i wouldnt entirely reccommend it unless you know what you're doing)

Huge correction: any laptop with a combined USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port.
