Couple things to be aware of: the Microsoft Store only sells the 4K versions of the Blade Stealth, so if you were wanting one of the QHD models, you can't get it there. Also, Razer hasn't officially said whether or not the Core will be available at the MS store. Hopefully it will, but it's a complete guess right now.

That's very true, it's all wishful thinking, but I think they're supposed to carry the new Blade 14 as well(thought I read it somewhere). I already got my pre-order for the Core in though, so it's all a waiting game, and to see what GPU to throw in that bad boy.

Thanks for all your insight, I will go with Blade 2016 not Stealth anyway so hopefully they will have them by June/July. I can buy Core later in case it won't be available in MS Store, as I plan to throw in Pascal GPU anyway.

This Idea is cool but seriously Razer just make a PC. Just whatever you do don't team up with Lenovo to make a PC. XD
I get it your waiting for the perfect moment to make a PC or something but us gamers want it now.

Perhaps you might want to consider not everyone has the time, patience, wherewithal or desire to build a PC and put it together.

It takes half an hour to build a PC not including the time it takes to install Windows and Drivers. If you have a good SSD then all the installs will take another 10 maybe 15 minutes. I don't get why people make PC building out to be an epic quest only for the bravest most capable souls, it's dead simple and takes no time at all.

That being said Razer did have a cool modular PC concept for people who refuse to do real builds and it would be pretty cool to see it released (even though I'd still probably build my own rig).

Takes that long if you know what you're doing. A lot of people don't, and don't care to know. Don't see what's so hard to accept about that.

Perhaps I will consider your enlightening suggestion, or perhaps not.

Very clever. Might be new but I'm sure the Razer forums are for constructive communication and discussion.
  13. Amazing, This thing is a beast, I will likely get the Stealth and maybe even core for college since I don't want to carry my full set-up around hehe and really need a new laptop! Razer

I really like this idea but my big question is : Is there any support for computers that do not have a Thunderbolt 3 slot in their laptop. I only have 3 usb 3.0 an hdmi and ethernet and a few other strange ports I never use
  15. Not really. USB 3.0 or HDMI won't be able to support the data speed that eGPUs will need.

Basically there is no point in getting this product unless you have that thunderbolt 3 port :slightly_sad:

Correct. That is the crucial item that makes this entire setup possible.

  18. Is it true that Thunderbolt 3.0 is only capped at PCIe 4x, like the Alienware amplifier?? Here's a comment on reddit:

If I got 2 Razer blade stealths would I be able to get $200 off of one razer core?

No, you can only use one code per order.
